Aluminum, Brass, Copper & Bronze Angles
Johnson Bros. Roll Forming Co. can quickly and inexpensively form angles to the customer’s specifications.
Roll formed metal angles such as those made from aluminum, brass, copper and bronze are the most basic of all roll formed profiles. Tooling exists for 90 degree leg angles up to 4″ O.D. leg height using up to a 3/16″ maximum thickness and up to a 9″ O.D. leg height using a 0.075″ maximum thickness. The 90 degree bend is the most common for an angle.
We can make angles from aluminum, brass, copper, bronze and other metals efficiently due to the cutoff die boosts and accelerators on our pneumatic and hydraulic presses. Material thickness for angles can be from 0.005″ to 0.188″. Inline operations for angles include cut-to-length fabricating, perforating, slotting, end fabricating and inline embossing. Angles are used in many industries such as framing. Angles are also versatile in that they can be used as rails, brackets, flanges, stiffeners etc.
